A little about me, I have been working in the accounting field for over 20 years and am a bookkeeper/accountant assistant for several small businesses in the Cypress and Houston areas.


My expertise ranges from property rentals, real estate bookkeeping, retail, drop shipping online, family estate and tax planning, irrevocable living and special needs trusts for senior and/or disabled family members, and various types of small business monthly bookkeeping and tax preparation. I have been working specifically as a boutique bookkeeping firm since 2018.


For a little about me, I received my BBA-Accounting degree from UH-Victoria (Katy campus) in 2019 after 13 years as a stay-at-home mom. I am currently pursuing and have three courses left on my Masters of Accountancy degree to be earned in Spring, 2021. My experience over the years began with my own consumer home goods small business, and now, I am working toward expanding my client base with bookkeeping services, small business and personal tax preparation services. I enjoy helping clients with their bookkeeping needs and updating financial processes to get you and your firm to the next level.

For a proven history of exceeding expectations through performance, I believe I would be able to impact your firm positively with accurate numbers, be on-time and give strong knowledge to your small business. With good financials, you will know how to leverage your business to identify opportunities and deliver a satisfactory outcome while working independently and as part of your CPA team. You will find me as someone who can juggle both financial and bookkeeping responsibilities along with general administration and customer service tasks.


My rates include the following services:

  • Reconcile checking account with bank statements each month for proper account balance and to identify any errors, with correcting entries. You will be notified of these adjustments and aware of any corrections.
  • Review, analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy and confer with you regarding any items not fully understood.
  • Prepare and record all necessary journal entries to reflect correct accounting records.
  • Prepare and present financial statements each month with a monthly close.
  • Forward information to your CPA to prepare income tax returns.
  • Review sales journal and prepare monthly or quarterly sales tax and franchise tax returns for your CPA to file (if applicable).
  • Setup, install accounting program (QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop Pro) with chart of accounts applicable to your business. You will have 24/7 access and your own login.

My fees for full-service bookkeeping will be billed to you per month and my fees will be dependent upon on the number of monthly transactions. In addition to the following services listed above, there are three phases that is included with your monthly full-service bookkeeping. These three phases include: accounts cleanup/setup, ongoing bookkeeping and month-end close. When the first accounting period of the cleanup/set-up phase is complete, I can give your firm a set monthly rate.

Ongoing bookkeeping services will be billed on a monthly basis. Any additional accounting services requested will be billed separately. This may include, but is not limited to, any compliance services including handling license, cost reporting for state agencies (franchise and sales taxes), any needed representation or filing renewals, management of invoices, accounts receivable and payable, 1099’s and payroll, industry and business analysis.
